It looks like some folks didn't like my blog and filed multiple complaints about my blog?



No warning what do ever, I delete every post they asked me to. My vonfrost blog has been deleted tonight, and this sucks!

Ulver Hail from Norway, Ulver had many musical changes throughout their career. On their demos and 1st full length, "Bergtatt", they played black/folk metal, 1996's "Kveldssanger" is an entirely acoustic folk album and 1997's "Nattens Madrigal" is raw, aggressive black metal. Around 1998 they began experimenting with all kinds of experimental, electronic and avant-garde music, fully detaching themselves from the (black) metal scene.

This is an independently released CD, issued by "Icky-Poo Productions". Though the recording was done by November of 1995, the CD wasn't released until 1999.

"Since the bands inception in 1983, they have released 4 albums worldwide and 2 EP's including 'Get Down' that reached #8 in Billboard alternative charts and was also Juno nominated. Malhavoc comprises Jimi LaMort (aka James Cavalluzzo) who is also known for his considerable production assistance with bands such as Tool, Voivod, and Motley Crue. He hosts a weekly radio show called 'Dark Harmonies' on CIUT and also DJ's at Toronto's longest running weekly electroclash night 'Electrocute' at Lava Lounge. The current Malhavoc line-up also includes infamous rock producer Rob Sanzo from Signal to Noise studios and Lee "Sick Dog" McCormack from the band Moon Violet."

Less Metal influence and more electronic sounds on this album, i like it a lot.

Formed in 1999 by Killjoy and Mirai Kawashima, two members of the black/death metal band Necrophagia. BOHREN UND DER CLUB OF GORE from mülheim/ruhr turned out to be the favourites of the music critics. with their debut album "Gore Motel" they managed to catch the depressing mood of a late night visit to a bar in the local red light district and invited their listeners to a journey into the heart of darkness. with their next album "Midnight Radio" they succeeded indissolving time completely with about 140 minutes of pure depro-monotony that helped them being recognized as one of most
innovating german bands since S.Y.P.H. the following album "Sunset Mission" was going to secure commercial success for the group, but more than obviously this has not been realized yet. their last album "Black Earth" saw no use in any kind of musical innovation.

WALD is a project from Mark Sikora (popular for example for the cover design of the first DEATH demo, the second NAPALM DEATH LP and the UNSEEN TERROR LP) who, among other things, performs an accoustic AUTOPSY cover version. Later WALD was extended to a trio with a Japanese female singer and a Russian pianist who unfortunately didn´t appear before the public again. There´s still the wish for more, and the brilliant cover is from Jörg Follert (WUNDER) who later designed the cover of the second BOHREN album.

This split 7" is amazing! Schwarzer Sabbat Für Dean Martin guitar & bass on this track is so dark & creepy, the whole recording is dark & creepy music.
